Customs and taxation: fast, safe and compliant
If AEO certified We have been recognized by Dutch Customs as safe and reliable as a logistics partner. As a result, customs activities are faster and more efficient. Our experienced employees ensure that all required documentation is handled correctly — always in accordance with applicable regulations.
We also offer temporary storage solutions and supervise the entire import and export process, including fiscal representation where necessary.
Document Management & Tracking
Our customers always have insight into their shipments via our international track & trace system. From departure to arrival, you can monitor the status of your goods in real-time. In addition, we use our own offices and a carefully selected network of reliable international agents.
We take the paperwork off your hands: from transport documents to customs forms, everything is arranged centrally and accurately by our team.
Excise handling & consumables
Nedcargo has the appropriate permits and systems to properly handle goods subject to excise duty:
- Excise Goods Location (AGP)
- Establishment for consumer tax goods (IVV)
Our automated registration ensures error-free daily and monthly returns. Delivery under excise duty suspension is also possible — fully tailored to the regulations and needs of your organization.
